Reverse

The reverse is decorated by a ten line legend referring to the jubilee event:
AZ ÉREMTANI SZAKOSZTÁLY MEGEMLÉKEZÉSE A MAGYAR NUMIZMATIKAI TÁRSULAT ALAPÍTÁSÁNAK 50 ÉVFORDULÓJÁRÓL 1901–51.

(The Numismatic section remembers the 50th anniversary of establishment of the Hungarian Numismatic Society)

The 80 mm diameter cast medals were made of silver and bronze.
